Qualification

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
  • Required Skill(s): Administrative works, proficient in MS Office, strong interpersonal and negotiating skills, excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Can work well with Executives
  • Can handle pressure
  • Highly organized, very presentable, multi tasker

 

Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the assigned Executive
  • Arrange schedule, filing, process papers, reports, and other tasks that may be assigned
  • Must be able to handle sensitive information
