QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• With PRC Broker License or Accredited Real Estate Salesperson
• At least 4 years experience in real estate as a director - Has good planning and organizational skills
• Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Able to motivate and lead a team - With experience in investment selling
