ASSOCIATE ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Coach and motivate account specialists to close a deal
• Develop effective training programs to teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale
• Monitor and sets weekly, monthly, and yearly monetary goals for agents to achieve
• Conduct sales meetings to track the performance of the team

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• A graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
• Has at least 2-4 years experience in real estate as a manager
• Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Able to motivate and lead a team
